Morgan & Company (the "firm") is a Chartered Accoutancy practice comprised of three partners, fifteen senior professional staff members and ten junior accountants. The firm has one office which is located in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm employs a mix of Chartered Accountants and Certified General Accoutants. The firm currently has students enrolled in the Chartered Accountancy and Certified General Accountant programs.


The firm is a licensed office, in good standing, with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia ("ICABC") and has been since 1966. The firm is also registered with the Canadian Public Accounting Board ("CPAB") and with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States) ("PCAOB"). The firm is a member of an international association, JHI.
