Morgan & Company is a Vancouver based firm of Chartered Accountants established in 1966.  The firm currently has a staff complement of approximately twenty-six people of whom ten are Chartered Accountants. The remaining staff consists of Certified General Accountants, Certified Management Accountants, accounting students and three public Certified Public Accountants.

Morgan & Company is registered under both the Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB) and the United States Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Our clients vary from individuals to small and medium sized privately held and public companies, on up to larger corporate clients with annual sales exceeding $20 million.

Our basic services involve the preparation, audit and review of annual financial statements. From this base we then expand our services to meet the client's specific requirements, which may include:

• preparation of interim financial statements

• regular review of client generated financial results, as well as planning for future growth

• consultation regarding complex financial transactions

• financial forecasts

While we have a varied client base, several of our firm's professionals have extensive experience in dealing with the accounting and auditing needs of public companies, as well as in dealing with both Canadian and United States securities and regulatory authorities.

Our tax services include tax planning, preparation of required returns and assistance in resolving disputes with tax authorities for both Canada and the U. S. A.
